Wow Anthony...I took shots of this ferris wheel as well...they sure didn't turn out like this. Awesome! How did you accomplish this? If you don't mind me asking....

@Sandy: Hi Sandy, I used a CPL filter, took the shot near sundown. I adjusted the colors inside the camera menu for more vivid color tones. I cropped and resized and increase the color tones using CS3 curves tool. Let me know if you have any questions.
